Wine with ruby red reflections and a nice consistency in the glass. Good verticality of the aromas on the nose with a clear sensation of ripe cherry and berries. Good flavor and strong structural freshness. Good persistence and delicately almond finish.

Contrà del Tono is a beautifully elegant Valpolicella Classico Superiore and goes well with spicy cured meats from the ancient Venetian tradition as well as medium-aged cheeses, preferably of cow’s nature. Also ideal to accompany first courses based on white meats and red sauces. With typical soups of the Venetian and Tuscan tradition based on cereals and legumes, chickpeas, cicerchie, zolferini and borlotti beans.
